Who are we and why do we care about Natural Testosterone Supplements?

So many claims are made about various workout and weight lifting supplements. Claims like, ‘it increases testosterone which will increase muscle mass’, ‘it improves libido and your sex life’, “you will have more energy and better workouts’, and so on.

This sounds great! But before running out to buy all these supplements, we wanted to do some research.

What did we find? Not much. In our opinion, theĀ  information that we found on many of these natural supplements such as Tongkat Ali Extract, Maca Extract, Tribulus Terrestris Extract, Horny Goat Weed, ZMA and more was pretty limited and maybe even a little sketchy.

There is some great information available, but you really have to dig for it, which most people don’t want to do.

Study and Research on SupplementsFortunately, we like doing research and the deeper we got into our research, the more interesting these supplements became.

Hence, the birth of this website. We figured other people would run into the same problem that we did so we thought, why not share what we found ? So here you have it. We hope it’s helpful!
